Nothing that identifies you. You can use every free calculator on this site without giving us your name, email address, or any other personal information. We do not run user accounts and we do not ask you to log in.
What happens to your calculator inputs
Every calculation on this site runs entirely in your own browser, on your own device. The numbers you type into a calculator are never sent to us, stored on a server, or shared with anyone. Close the tab and they are gone.
Technical data our host sees
Like every website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare). To serve pages and keep the site secure, the host necessarily processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and requested page addresses. We do not have access to per-visitor logs, we do not build profiles, and we do not use this data for marketing.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It tells us aggregate facts like how many pages were viewed, so we know which tools people find useful. It does not track you across sites and it does not build an advertising profile.
Cookies
ValueLab sets no cookies of its own. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
The Valuation Toolkit
The free calculators stay free and anonymous. If you later buy the $5 Valuation Toolkit, payment is processed by our payment provider, not by us: we never see or store your card number. We will update this policy before checkout goes live to name the provider and describe exactly what purchase information is kept.
Children
This site is a general-audience educational resource and is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, there is nothing further to say on this point.
Your rights
Because ValueLab collects no personal information, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have a privacy question about a future purchase, you can reach us by replying to your purchase receipt email.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes, such as introducing accounts or cookies, will be described here before they take effect.
